Prospective members MUST attend an orientation before receiving an application form.
It is our policy to offer applications only at our Orientation Meetings as attendance
at an orientation is part of the application process.

Applications are considered complete when accompanied by a $10.00 cheque -
this is a processing fee.
Please do not apply and accompany a $10.00 cheque if you are needing housing subsidy (
we do not offer housing subsidy) or if you are needing a 4 bedroom unit.
There are only a total of six 4 bedroom units which are offered internally only.
