Housing Charges
Our Co-op consists of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units. The 4 bedroom units are offered internally only. No single family housing – two person minimum. No wheel chair accessibility. All units have washer/dryer and dishwasher hook-ups. Pets are acceptable. We allow 2 four-legged animals, but no exotic or dangerous animals such as Pit Bulls and Rottweilers.

Housing charges are subject to change based on the co-op operating budget.

Effective August 1, 2011 to July 31, 2012

2 Bedroom townhomes (990 sq. ft.) - $911/month

3 Bedroom townhomes (1181 - 1299 sq. ft.) - $1,021/month

4 Bedroom townhomes (1454 sq. ft.) - $1,124/month

Share Purchase: $2,500

Upon applying to the co-op please make sure the necessary arrangements are made for your share purchase amount. Your interview could take place anytime within 6 months at which time you could be accepted and offered a unit immediately. Your share purchase will be collected at this time.

WE DO NOT OFFER HOUSING SUBSIDY (FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE).
